    What is a cleanse?

    A cleanse is a type of diet that involves consuming only fruit and vegetable juices and soups for a specific period. The goal is to detoxify the body, improve digestion, and potentially lose weight.

    How does a cleanse work?

    Choose between a juice cleanse or a soup cleanse and you will receive up to 8 cold-pressed juices to consume each day and 2 high protein soups in our soup cleanses, these super tasty juices and soups are packed with fruits and vegetables and they will replace your solid foods during the duration of your cleanse. You can choose from 1 day cleanse up to a 7 day cleanse and a guide is included in your delivery with tips to help support you during your programme and a suggested schedule on when to consume each juice and soup.

    How long can I do a cleanse for?

    The duration depends on individual goals, health conditions, and experience with cleansing. For first timers we would recommend a 3 Day Beginner Cleanse, it is perfect for a beginner who is looking to break bad habits and kick start a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting a cleanse longer than a few days.

    What are the benefits of a cleanse?
